Bora Agilonu, the Founder of Drake Baron Management Consultants, has spent over 25 years exclusively in the financial planning and analysis.

(2004-Present): He has been providing a broad range of financial planning and analysis oriented consulting services to small and medium sized businesses, contractors, manufacturers, equipment suppliers and service providers.

(2004-2009): He acted as the Controller and Finance Director at DD&B Group in Virginia and managed all financial needs including accounts payable/receivables, payroll, preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial statements. Developed a financial model to forecast results in support of and in accordance with strategic plans. He has experience in internal controls and compliance with Section 404.   

(1999-2004): Mr.Agilonu came to Drake Baron Group from K-Mobile (a subsidiary of Vodafone, Turkey, formerly Telsim) where he served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and provided executive management for the integration of strategy and operations in the areas of finance, restructuring, inter-company transactions, M&A, FMCG as well as public and regulatory affairs.

(1999-1999): Previously, he was Deputy Director of Finance in the same group responsible for overseas investments.

(1992-1999): Prior to joining Vodafone, Mr.Agilonu held the position of Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis for the development of international operations at Haven S.A. in Geneva, Switzerland and heavily involved with the financial analysis and reporting by using strong scientific techniques such as valuation models, regression analysis for stochastic processes and time series.

(1986-1992): Before Haven S.A., he held several positions at the Department of Treasury and Foreign Trade in Turkey, including Expert (Ankara), Advisor to IMF as Economist for Fiscal Affairs Dept (Washington DC), and Advisor to the State Minister for the Economy.

Mr.Agilonu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the Ankara University and MA degree from George Mason University. He also has an EU Expert Certificate in European Union Regulations from the same university and a Research and Progress Program Certificate from the Regency School of Polytechnic, Ramsgate, UK
