M. Altug Altinok was born in Istanbul in 1967.
Respectively, between the years of 1992 – 2001 he occupied in Pharmaceutical Industry as Medical Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Sales Organizational Manager.
In year of 2001, he was hired by Telsim Telecom currently owned by Vodafone Group, as Deputy General Manager in Kazakhstan operation responsible for Sales and Marketing divisions.
Following his return to Turkey in 2004, he pursued his career in Personal Development Training. He faced with Brian Tracy International in 2005 and started to work as Training and Performance Development Consultant by conducting training programs such as Performance Development, Sales and Coaching for the employees of IMKB Top 100, Yesil Kundura, Arcelik, Feridun Frik Pharmaceuticals and Ali Raif Drug Industry Co. to name a few.
In 2007, he began to work at Sandoz Ilac as a Training Manager. More than 280 people, sales staff and managers were trained on Coaching, Effective Selling Skills, Short Visits, Doctor Group Activities, Advanced Selling Skills, Area Management, The Pharmacy Sales Process Management, Goal Setting and The Delegation.
Mr.Altinok holds 360 Degrees, MBTI, Derailers and TKI Conflict Management accreditations. In 2011, he participated in several "think tank" groups at Harvard Business School with Prof. Dr. Linda Hills and Daniel Goleman with the subjects of Emotional Intelligence and İnteractive Coaching Solutions. He has published articles such as Sales & Marketing, Team Organization, Communication Mental Processes, Visit Obstacles for a Pharmaceutical Representative, Workshop, Connect, Farmaskop Magazines.
M. Altuğ Altınok has Business Administration degree from Ramsgate Regent School. In the same school again, "Market Research Measurement and Development" MBA program has been completed.
His areas of special interests are Equestrian Sports, Underwater Sports, Skiing, and Meditation
He is married with one daughter and resides in Istanbul.
